报告人介绍:
Prof. Yu. V. Parfenov
Prof. Parfenov has 40 years of work experience in the general field of electromagnetic theory and its applications in NEMP (Nuclear Electromagnetic Pulse), HPM (High-Power Microwaves), and UWB (Ultra Wideband).
He obtained the higher education in the Moscow Physical Engineering Institute (Russia) (1971). He received the Ph.D. degree from the Central Institute of Physics and Technology of the Russian Ministry of Defense, Sergiev Posad, Russia, in 1980. In 1993, he became a Professor.
Prof. Parfenov was the deputy director of this institute and the head of its experimental base. He is currently the Main Researcher of the Joint Institute for High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Moscow.
He is the author of more than 200 scientific papers on HEMP and HPEM effects. His research interests include theoretical and experimental investigations in the field of electromagnetic immunity of the electronic systems.
Dr V.M. Chepelev
Dr. Chepelev has 15 years of work experience in the general field of radiophysics, RADAR technique, radionavigation, radiocommunication and electronic. Since 2014 he deals with HPM (High-Power Microwaves) and UWB (Ultra Wideband) signals.
He obtained the B.Sc., Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (2000), M.Sc., Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (2002), Ph.D., Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (2006).
Since 2007 up to 2010 Dr. Chepelev was employed Software Engineer of R&D department of Spirit Corp. His tasks were concerned with GPS/GLONASS navigation and digital signal processing.
Since 2010 Dr. Chepelev is employed Senior Researcher of Joint Institute for High Temperatures of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Dr. Chepelev has 7 articles published and more than 20 conferences topics.
